Scope
This policy covers information you choose to share with the acquisitions team through this website, phone, text, or email. It does not describe a consumer account, a login, or a hosted application.
What we receive
When you submit an inquiry or quiz, the site sends your name if provided, email, phone, property details if provided, stated intent, and note to the acquisitions team. Joining Apex Insights sends your email and optional name. The same team handles calls and texts to (615) 821-8936.
Forms post to this website, which forwards the note to a private system used by the acquisitions team. The site does not set advertising cookies. Browser theme preference is stored locally on your device.
How we use it
Inquiries are used to identify the property you asked us to review, to send a Private Market Evaluation or the Property Value Gap guide when requested, and to continue a private conversation you started. We do not sell contact details.

SMS and mobile information: We collect mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent to send texts about our services. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS/MMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share mobile information only with service providers who process messages on our behalf (for example our SMS provider), solely to deliver our messages. Message frequency varies. What we do not do
We do not place property information on the MLS or any public listing service because you wrote to us. We do not publish your inquiry, your evaluation, or your address as marketing inventory. Until closing, the conversation stays with the acquisitions team.
If a transaction proceeds
Title, escrow, and tax records follow the ordinary public processes of the jurisdiction. Those records are not created by this website. Parties to a purchase agreement exchange the information required to close through title and counsel, not through this form.
Your choices
You may ask us to stop outreach by emailing team@apexfulfill.com or texting STOP to the number you were contacted from. You may also call (615) 821-8936 and ask that the file be closed.
